Slow living, books, and small experiments that actually worked.
I write about the things that are easier to do than to read about. Long walks, books I finished, places I keep going back to, and the small habits I tried that stuck. Updated most weeks.
About
This is a blog I keep mostly for myself. I started it because I was reading a lot of newsletters and not writing any of my own thinking down. Now it's a habit. Posts go up most weeks, sometimes a couple in a week if I'm on a tear, sometimes nothing for a fortnight.
Topics drift. Usually something about a book, something about a place I keep going back to, and something about a routine I've been trying. No wellness blueprints, no morning-routine optimisation guides. Just what's actually been working — or hasn't.
Not selling anything here. If a post helps someone, that's lovely. If you've got a recommendation — book, walk, coffee shop — those are always welcome.
